NOTHING & COMPANY
Launched in Long Beach, California in 2014. Mike Risha, who was based in Hollywood, California and designed spaces for festivals, decided to return to his hometown of Long Beach to make the highest quality sunglasses, hoping to create work that would last a long time, rather than something that would disappear quickly. Mike is a big fan of Japan and visits Japan several times a year, saying that he is inspired by Japanese culture.
"Just see the product, touch it, try it on, and decide its value."
"We do not include promotion costs in the price"
"We want them to be worn for a long time and become vintage sunglasses in the future."
The brand is filled with the passion of the designers and product staff who are skilled in their craftsmanship. Long Beach is a port town with military facilities, and is not a safe place, but it has had a military feel to it for a long time. The sunglasses are inspired by a style that is neither pop nor celebrity, but has a "chic and vintage feel." No compromises have been made in the materials and parts, so we hope that the frames of these sunglasses will become a favorite for many years to come.
Material: Made of acetate from Mazzucchelli, Italy (some acetate from other companies of the same quality).
Lens: Uses CR39 (a lens that has excellent transparency and produces beautiful colors). G15 color lenses have the most natural color among sunglasses, relax the eyes, and are less tiring, so they have been a big hit with Ray-Ban and other brands for a long time.
Hinge: High-quality seven-barrel hinges from Comotec, a group company of Mazzucchelli, Italy, are used. They are beautiful in appearance and durable.
Logo: The logo is never obtrusive, with “No&Co” embedded under a clear coating on the end of the temple.
In Japan, the brand is supported and loved by people who are particular about things from a wide range of genres, including actor Tadanobu Asano, musician Shing02, professional snowboarder Takafumi Konishi, and professional surfer Hirofumi Ohno.
