Regarding delivery
You can choose your delivery option and desired delivery date.
-Delivery outside of Japan is not possible.
・Please note that order confirmation, notification of delivery date, and shipping will generally occur on the next business day.
・If the desired delivery date is left blank, the item will be shipped as soon as possible.
・We use Sagawa Express and Yamato Transport as delivery companies. Please note that we cannot accept customer requests for specific delivery companies.
・We may not be able to meet your request depending on the date of your order and other circumstances.
-Please check the email sent from the shop for the final delivery date and time.
Delivery is outsourced to Yamato Transport and Sagawa Express.
In addition, we will deliver products to you by shipping them from our consignment warehouse and from our stores.
